MINING & REFINERY DIVISION
-High School Diploma or Degree in Engineering and minimum 8 years of experience in refinery or similar manufacturing operation, Alumina refinery is preferable.
-Minimum 8 years experience in maintenance including 4 years in managing and supervising major repairs and renovation contracts.
-Working knowledge of eAM Oracle Primavera, SAP or similar enterprise software system.
-Skilled in contracting strategy development and managing contractors.
-Ability to develop and improve systematic work processes (i.e. cost control, estimating, etc.)
-Ability to prepare budget recommendations and coordinate capital improvement projects to be proposed for funding.
-Ability to evaluate and develop work specifications and contract requirements.
-Ability to oversee and evaluate the work of contractors.
