Qualifications:
-Bacheor's degree, Major in Networking Solutions and Information Technology
-3 years of experience in IT management, Networking, and Technical Supporting
-Has thorough knowledge in Networking fundamentals, Server system, Operating system, and Infrastructure Management
-Ability to draft and review technical documents to be used on proposal
-With good communication and coordination skills, collaborative attitude, independent, and process oriented
General Characteristic (Job Summary)
-Support site work with technical knowledge in IT system and coordinates between site and HQ office with relevant advice on IT issue
-Provide and suggest solutions to technological challenges as per site requirements
Role & Responsibilities
-Directs the delivery of the complete range of computer and network services required by major businesses.
-Manages most day-to-day aspects of networks and servers systems
-Establishes effective communication network between sites and offices.
-Support with technical advice on company systems such as GRID FIELD, SINGLE, A/V, and Internet/intranet systems.
-Coordinate LAN/WAN issues and CAD/PDS/CIE execution to ensure IT requirements are met
-Control Acquisition, distribution, security, and archiving of all project related electronic information
-Arrange for facility requirements for an effective system
-Coordinate telecommunication resources and support to job sites, project offices and clients.
-Perform project data management planning; ensuring access to project data is controlled.
-Develop, coordinate, and implement training
