Years of Experience
3 - 8 years Aluminum smelter experience
English Level
Strong command of English language (Oral and written communication skills)
Technical Qualification
3 to 8 years Overhead Crane experience.
Others
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
Technical or Job Related Requirements:
-Manage the execution, coordination and scheduling of cranes maintenance personnel work hours in regards to meeting production needs and goals.
-Trouble-shoot on major stoppages of plant where technicians require assistance of someone with more technical expertise
-Provide leadership to assigned resources to ensure that environment, health and safety are the first priority of the business
-Accountable for ensuring department maintenance personal follow safe standard operating Procedure.
-Manage, direct, coach, lead and motivate subordinate personnel to achieve departmental goals and objectives in a timely and safe manner, while continuously improving subordinate skills.
-Maintain and repair plants assets in the assigned area in the most efficient and effective manner, while maintaining continuous plant operations 365 days per year.
-Supervised assigned contract maintenance services.
-Deal with disciplinary and grievance problems according with company procedures
-Provide leadership to meet the maintenance weekly schedule and plans ensure proper equipment maintenance.
-In conjunction with the Maintenance Planning Department, ensure optimum level of spares parts stocks are maintain to balance Cost / production outrage ratio.
-Achieve plan KPI’s and drive continuous improvement.
-Coordinate external services and specialized skills to complete equipment repairs.
Relevant Previous Positions
Minimum 3 to 8 years Overhead Crane experience.
Relevant Previous Positions
Knowledge of Aluminium Carbon Plant operation and safety procedures and standards.
