Role Description:
The Machine Operator’s role is essential in the production of membranes and water filtration elements to be used in liquid separation systems. The role consists of operating plant equipment and specialized machines to produce elements for reverse osmosis. This position will be involved in different phases of production and run specialized machines that will consist of one or more of the following:
-Attachment of raw materials to a Product Water Tube (PWT)
-Rolling the membrane into the shape of an element
-Monitor automated control panels for the finishing line
-Creation of hard shell around the element
-Testing the element to confirm product specifications
Related duties:
-Fix or adjust the machines with hand tools as necessary
-Recording product data for quality assurance
-Moving materials within the cell
-Completing all required documentation and using all required procedures
-Following the safety guidelines
Energy & Water Solutions, Jubail-II site, is a 24-hour/7-day operation including holidays. Actual schedules and work days may vary.

-Must be punctual and reliable.
-Able to learn a documented work process and apply it consistently.
-Able to perform quality checks.
-Able to do minor maintenance
-Able to do troubleshooting.
-Able to train and mentor new employees
-Able to collect process data and monitor equipment performance
-Take initiatives to propose ideas for improvement
Education Required:
High School Diploma is required
