-Diploma in Engineering / Diploma in Computers / B. Sc / B.E. Degree with proficiency in Computer application with minimum 15 years experience in office work as per requirement and well versed with company standard soft wares such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, MS Mail and MS Project, AutoCAD etc.,
-Knowledge of computer operating system and of computers and printers, to operate and maintain them and to be familiar with the Company’s systems related to MAXIMO, DIMS and ORACLE etc.
-Assist in preparing material requirements for overhauls and surveys.
-Assist in preparation of AFEs, SPAs, Budget proposals etc.
-Assist in preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports. Also, assist in preparing inventory of furniture, office equipment, mobile radios & equipment and PC asset register etc.
-Maintaining and updating the Service Bulletins, Product Improvement Bulletins, service information letter records and electronic formatting of the same.
-Occasionally collect materials from stores and deliver them to work sites and keep records of the same.
-Maintains files and records & relevant correspondences professionally.
-Be able to speak english language freely
-Having Valid Kuwait driving license or native license is an advantage.
