Job Description
-Motor Pool & Transport Engineer maintains all trucks and equipment operational by completing inspections and preventive maintenance requirements.
-Responsible for Correcting truck deficiencies; making adjustments and alignments; keeping records.
-Responsible for the full range of automotive maintenance and repair needed to keep all trucks and equipment in good running condition.
-Responsible for automotive inspection to determine necessary corrective action; perform diagnostic tests.
-The incumbent is responsible in ensuring the Warehouse and Stores are properly serviced with enough Trucks to address delivery requirements.
-Responsible for ensuring that scheduling, dispatching, maintaining vehicles;
-Responsible for movement of passengers and cargo; driver qualifications, receiving and issuing vehicles, and maintaining and providing accurate equipment records are all performed in accordance with applicable regulation and SOPs.
Requirements
-Must be a Licensed Engineer, preferably Mechanical Engineer
-Minimum 5 years’ experience in relevant filed (Saudi Arabia Experience is preferred)
-Keen to details, ensures S.O.P’s are followed and deadline-oriented
Skills
Must be proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel and Power Point)
