Minimum Qualifications
-B.E. in Civil Engineering or equivalent
-Operate Primavera P6 software
-20 years experience in construction projects (PMO)
-15 years experience in construction projects (Project Group #4, 5)
-10 years experience in Middle East projects
-Experience in Hospital / Clinic Projects.
Roles & Responsibilities
-One for Hospital, One for residence building and the other for Infrastructure.
-Reports to Project Director or Project Manager
-Develop Construction Programme with the agreement of the JV Board, Project Director and Project Managers
-Develop Baseline Programme
-Coordinate with Client/Consultant
-Coordinate with Subcontractor’s planning team and approve their programme
-Coordinate with technical, commercial and construction team to prepare programme and monitor progress
-Compile procurement, submittal, delivery milestones into Construction Programme
-Produce and provide regular schedules on staff resource plan and deliverables plan
-Monitor progress of delivery team against agreed Construction Programme
-Coordinate of the Supply Chain process
-Establish Construction KPI(Key Performance Index)’s
-Analyze cash flow for the project
-Compile monthly and weekly progress reports in conjunction with department heads
-Oversee planning team who will record and monitor progress and review against approved Construction Programme
-Develop and regular update of the Labour Histograms, Concrete Histogram,
Logistics Plans
-Compile all Programme related entitlements
