Job Summary
Responsible for the main role of contract administration in Engineering, Procurement & Construction project.
Role & Responsibilities
-Support official lettering related to contract and legal issues in connection with subcontract.
-Control local subcontractor’s list and check their certificate.
-Report status of subcontracting and maintain log of change proposal/claim toward from the subcontractor.
-Receive and review progress invoices from subcontractor and report to its supervisor.
-Maintains files of subcontract documents and correspondence distribution.
-Organize revision history of subcontract.
-Support any activity of contractual matters.
-Receive and organize claims from subcontractors.
Education
Bachelor’s degree
Experience
-Minimum 1 to 5 years experience in cost control or construction as a supervisor
-Project based field control experience ideally gained within the Oil and Gas industry or Petrochemical industry.
-Experience in Gulf / Korean Companies preferred.
Skills & Knowledge
-Excellent communication and management skills with proven ability of leadership.
-Knowledge of oil/gas/petrochemical or power plants construction issues and the cost/schedule/risk factors associated.
-Working to basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
-PMP Preferred.
Language Skills Required
Good English in both speaking and writing
