Requirement / Qualification
-Bachelor’s Degree of Civil Engineering
-Minimum 15 years of experience in laboratory soil test.
-Minimum 10 years of experience in managing similar project
-Minimum 5 experiences of soil Improvement projects (Especially DCM)
-Fluent in English
-Gulf experience & Experience in Korean Companies preferred.
-Excellent English and Communication skills
-Experience in developing and reviewing laboratory soil test, project quality plans, contract documents and project specifications
Role & Responsibility
-Overall responsibility on project laboratory soil test system and activities.
-Shall execute all required tests and prepare all the test reports.
-Shall be responsible for implementation of the testing required and to complete its documentation.
-Shall prepare test program and supervise test activities in accordance with specified codes & standards.
-Supervises the correct equipment calibration management activities.
-Shall keep relevant calibration sheets and certificates issued for test equipment and update.
-Shall be responsible for all maintenance and cleaning of the laboratory for ongoing suitability
-Shall organizes damage or defective equipment for minimal disruptions.
-Shall ensure that the required frequency and prepare the quality test status report.
-Supports Deep Cement Mixing work for all the Quality matters.
-Supports the Construction Manager in dealing with the Client for all the Quality matters.
-Supports and participate to all the internal/external audits.
-Coordinates the relevant Tracking Systems for correct identification of materials.
