Experience:
Minimum Eight (8) years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas Plants.
Responsible for:
Alghanim International, Kuwait is looking for a competent and well experienced commissioning process engineer for one of its projects awarded by Kuwait Oil Company (KOC). This project is currently under execution and it will be commissioned in March 2020. It is an upstream oil, gas and water separation project with the main focus on water separation, water treatment and pumping through RTRP network. Alghanim International is executing the project on 4 out of the 10 gathering centers located in Burgan Oilfield of South Kuwait. Treated effluent water is to be pumped to KOC’s existing facility for disposal/injection of effluent water produced from a total of 10 gathering centers of Burgan Oilfield.
Responsibilities:
-Responsible for managing a team to deliver safe, optimal and environmentally sound Pre-commissioning / Commissioning.
-Responsible to ensure that the Pre-Commissioning/Commissioning, plant startup is safe and in accordance with standards and requirements.
-Responsible to execute the Pre-commissioning/Commissioning of facility (Utility and Process) with client approved procedures.
-Maintaining relationship and co-ordinate with the Clients and vendors for all Pre-commissioning/ Commissioning activities.
-Co-ordinate with other discipline Commissioning Engineers and Plant operators for smooth and scheduled completion of Pre-commissioning/Commissioning activities.
-Review Contractor Pre-commissioning/Commissioning procedures before submitting to client.
-Monitor and review/witness site inspection and testing related to pre-commissioning, on behalf of Client.
-Participate in Project/Client meetings and update the Pre-commissioning/Commissioning status.
-Participate in Construction and Pre-commission reviews including vendors, spares, tools, test, equipment, etc.
-Participate in project risk assessment workshops.
-Provide input to Completions schedule, sequence and handover strategy.
-Responsible to prepare combined Commissioning procedure and ensure compliance from Client.
-Shall ensure adequate availability of resources for Commissioning.
