A leading Engineering & Construction Company involved in Refinery / Oil & Gas / Petrochemical – Maintenance Projects in Kuwait.
Job Description:
OFFICE TIMING: 10.00 AM TO 5.00 PM (MON TO SAT)

JOB DESCRIPTION
-Administer, monitor and manages all the activities related to Company’s systems for his discipline.
-Oversees the work of personnel in his charge.
-Ensure updates / maintaining of all relevant date (Preventive Maintenance and Machinery Overhauls, etc.)
-Co-ordinate with the Company’s Maintenance, Operations and all other Teams, as may be necessary from time to time, for both project and routine matters.
-Liaise with the Contractor’s Area Co-ordinators & other personnel.
-Liaise with Company’s Planning Section.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
-Minimum Higher Secondary Education School Certificate with eight (8) years’ experience or Diploma in Computer Operations with six (6) years’ experience and should have proficiency in typing with higher grade certificate.
-Experience in Customised Computer soft wares and well versed with company standard soft wares such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, MS Mail and MS Project etc., 
-Knowledge of computer operating system and of computers and printers, to operate and maintain them and to be familiar with the Company’s systems related to Computerised Maintenance Management Systems, DIMS and ORACLE etc.
-Should be able to begin work with minimum induction period or training.
-Be able to complete assigned jobs without supervision.

CAPABILITIES
-Be fluent in English.  Knowledge of Arabic will be an advantage.
-Maintains files and records.
-Be able to direct the work of subordinate staff.
-Be able to plan assigned work.
-Assist in preparing material requirements for overhauls and surveys.
-Assist in preparation of AFEs, SPAs, Budget proposals etc.
-Update project status reports.
-Assist in preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports. Also assist in preparing inventory of furniture, office equipment, mobile radios & equipment and PC asset register etc.
-Electronic formatting of machinery trend data.
-Compiles and presents daily activity reports to the Company’s representative.
-Maintaining and updating the Service Bulletins, Product Improvement Bulletins, service information letter records and electronic formatting of the same.
-Occasionally collect materials from stores and deliver them to work sites and keep records of the same.
