Job Purpose
-Over all in-charge of Production and planning functions
-Responsible for smooth functioning of the production and planning departments
-To ensure quality and on-time delivery.
Key Accountabilities:
-Utilization – Ensure efficient utilization of resources and meet the Department goals
-Efficiency – Effective planning and execution to ensure plan to actual effectiveness to meet the department goals.
-Quality – Control and meet the COPQ targets, and aim at first time right as per the Department goals.
-Productivity – Ensure continuous improvement in the production process to improve speed and reduce project lead times.
-Innovativeness – Motivate team for achieving Rewards / Appreciation / Awards / Kaizen/ Man power- evaluation, training and hiring
-Control expenses - Reduce cost of manufacturing without compromising the quality. Cost / Hour
-Resource management, Ensure regular training and development of people to ensure continuous improvement in the skill and capability levels b) Ensure proper maintenance of machines
-Motivate the team to reach highest class in 5S and EHS.
-Continuous improvements through training and development.
-Best practices and innovativeness
-Apply all safety procedures
Qualifications, Experience, & Skills:
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum Experience:
15 Years
