Qualification & Experience:
SSC / ITI with minimum 5 to 10 years experience in Railway Projects.
Job Objectives:
Prepare and modification cabling on train and or inside electrical cubicles
Responsibilities
Activities
-In the respect of the instruction sheet and standard installation process, inside an autonomous team you have to do:
-Installation of cables harnesses
-The operations define in the instruction sheet deliver by the industrial department
-Install parts in the right order
-Drilling, threading, screwing, riveting, and torque tightening
-Visual inspection of the installation
-Respect the validity of tools (maintenance, metrology control)
-Participate to the shop floor meeting of the EPU.
-Reports all the problems
-Follow-up of the missing parts and job to be done for the next shift.
-Complete the quality check form and quality report to certify the conformity of the job.
-Apply the basic methodologies of Alstom such as APSYS, 5S, PDCA, QRQC.
-Respect the EHS and quality process.
-Electrical safety certification.
-Knowledge on crimping and pin remover tools and process.
-Cable management and protection.
-Reading of electrical drawing.
