OFFICE TIMING: 10.00 AM TO 5.00 PM (MON TO SAT)
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
-Diploma qualification
-At least 5 years hands on experience in manufacturing environment
-Knowledge of the proper use of measuring tools/gauges and fixtures.
-Ready to lift and assemble heavy/long parts and flexible to work on day or night shifts
-Understanding of drawings and process documents
-Able to communicate in Basic English (both written and orally)
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 3 to 6 years experience in supervisory level managing employees on shop floor (looking for somebody with CNC experience, Machine Operation experience, Assembly Fitter experience)
RESPONSIBILITIES
-Follow procedures related to manufacturing.
-Support and participate in training
-Follow the operating procedures (SOP) and Job Safety Analysis (JSA).
-Ready to operate Waterjet, Blasting, Adhesive spraying, Mold Buildup/Breakdown, Injection and CNC machines.
-Operate overhead cranes to move product to and from work cells.
-Follow injection molding procedures for manufacturing a stator.
-Reject product that does not meet written specifications and report to supervisor/QA.
-Document and maintain Process Control Sheets (PCS).
-Assist in repair work, as necessary.
-Handle tubes at an elevated temperature.
-Driving forklift will be added advantage.
-Maintain high cleanliness standards during the manufacturing process.
-Comply HSEQ procedures and company policies.
