ASIAPOWER OFFICE TIMING: 11.00 AM TO 6.00 PM (MONDAY TO FRIDAY)
Qualification & Experience:
-High school diploma or equivalent.
-Post-Secondary degrees in diesel /Petrol technology.
-Small engine repair or similar would be a plus.
-Minimum five years’ experience in Pipeline equipment, preferred in Saudi or Gulf.
-Having a driver’s license and able to drive vehicles is preferred.
-He is responsible for repairs of all mechanical failures of equipment he is assigned for and follow instructions of Plant supervisor Assemble /disassemble /inspect parts as per manufacturer recommendations.
-On sites, day to day activities reported to Plant Engineer.
-Ensure that site maintenance crews perform greasing and cleaning of equipment on daily basis and review operator's check lists , and report machines malfunction.
Additional:
-Heavy equipment mechanics do more than just engine(DIESEL/PETROL), transmission, brakes, undercarriage repair/overhauling. Must have knowledge of electrical systems, hydraulics, fuel and brake lines and more.
-Heavy/Light duty mechanics will need to be familiar with electronics, be able to read blueprints, or use electronic diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot repairs.
-Read and understand operating manuals, and technical drawings.
-Transport experience in mechanics for Toyota, Mercedes Actros, buses is an advantage.
-Gulf experience / Experience in Saudi ARAMCO Projects preferred.
