ASIAPOWER OFFICE TIMING: 10.00 AM TO 5.00 PM (MON TO SAT)
Primary Function:
-Perform Instrumentation installation as instructed and in accordance with the drawings and project specification.
-Ensure compliance with HSE, Quality, Ethics policy and any Overriding Company Policies.
-Communicate well with colleagues and have a clear and precise understanding of each other’s role before lift commencement
Task and Responsibility:
-Identify and remove from site immediately any tools or equipment which are unsafe, damaged or defective.
-Provide guidance and support to colleagues with less experience and knowledge.
-Foster a practice a safety first culture within the E & I Crew.
-Confirm that all safety precautions and mandatory requirements are satisfactorily in place prior to work commencement. (PTW, LOTO)
-Responsible and accountable for ensuring that good housekeeping discipline is employed at all times.
-Responsible for understanding precise instructions and ensuring that the appropriate equipment required carrying out the work in a safe and timely manner is being used.
-Attend all Toolbox Talks.
-Responsible for reporting any incidents or near misses to Foreman immediately.
-Possess a good understanding of the Company HSE Policy,
-Report to Foreman in a timely manner any obstacles which are likely to impede the crew's ability to meet targets.
-Read loop sheets, P&IDs, and blueprints.
-Perform tube bending; tube bending in groups; install instrument stands, instrument air headers, instruments, tube tray; cable tray/ladder and fabrication work.
-Work to disassemble and remove instruments and then reinstall
Qualifications/ Skills & Experience
-Trade qualified plumber, mechanical fitter
-Minimum of two years' experience in a similar role with oil & gas industry experience
-Excellent communication skills verbal, written, listens and communicates well with others
-Excellent time management skills, well organized
-Problem solving skills, with the ability to work autonomously and independently.
