-B.Sc / B.E. Degree in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 12 years of experience in maintenance of Oil field / Oil Refinery / Petrochemical Plants.
-Knowledge in MAXIMO Software.
-Ensures the implementation of the routine /preventive/ breakdown maintenance and overhaul programme by concerned personnel to meet the maintenance goals both at site and in the workshop facilities.
-Ensures updates / maintenance of the relevant data
-Thorough understanding of maintenance planning and scheduling techniques
-Prepare data update / review schedules and monitors to ensure its implementation
-Knowledge in disassembling and reassembling mechanical equipment according to specifications.
-Good knowledge in MS office, MS project etc.
-Be capable of group communication to direct the maintenance management functions.
-Shutdown planning
-Knowledge of KPIs and performance parameters.
-Knowledge of maintenance procedures.
-Having Valid Kuwait driving license or native license is an advantage.
