OFFICE TIMING: 10.00 AM TO 5.00 PM (MON TO SAT)
OVERALL JOB PURPOSE:
Leads all activities related to shift operations of the Slitter Line. Controls the operations of the line to ensure that all production activities are carried out safely and efficiently to meet operational targets according to standard operating procedures.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Safety, Health and Environment
-Raise Near miss reports
-Conduct Audits
-Participate in incident investigations investigation reports
Production
-Achieve the target for production tonnage
-Achieve the target yield
-Achieve the target availability of the plant
Quality
-Achieve the target quality
-Reduce the rejection rate
-Reduce the quality defects
Management
-Develop and train the team members
-Increase the discipline and morale of the team
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
Qualifications:
Technical course or high school graduate.
Experience:
-Five (5) years operational experience in Slitter Line
-Detailed technical knowledge of the specific process being operated is required
Skills:
-Must possess problem solving skills.
-Good interpersonal and communication skills.
-Computer knowledge an advantage.
-Good command of the English language.
