OFFICE TIMING: 10.00 AM TO 5.00 PM (MON TO SAT)
-Diploma in Hotel Management with minimum 4 to 5 years in experience (desserts: tarts, cakes, puddings, cookies, etc.)
-Hygienic production of pastry and bakery products.
-Ensure that all food is handled, prepared, stored and transported in a satisfactory manner.
-Responsible for high standards maintenance of hygiene and food safety in all F&B area.
-Responsible for food presentation.
-Responsible for ensuring overall hygiene activities in the food production areas
-Monitor and check the personal hygiene conditions & working habits of the staff.
-Identify and report structural deficiencies in the food operation.
-Responsible for the costing of food.
-Presentation of all dessert and bakery buffet set up in the
-Age: 45 years old below./Have experience in GCC will be preferred
