OFFICE TIMING: 10.00 AM TO 5.00 PM (MON TO SAT)
Qualification & Experience:
SSC / ITI with minimum 5 to 10 years experience in Railway Projects.
OBJECTIVE:
Inside the workshop, you will install equipment and parts of fitting.
Responsibilities:
ACTIVITIES
In the respect of the instruction sheet and standard installation process, inside an autonomous team you have to do:
-The operations define in the instruction sheet deliver by the industrial department
-Install parts in the right order
-Drilling, threading, screwing, riveting, and torque tightening
-Adjustment and fine tuning of the installation
-Gluing for fitting and for water tighness.
-Installation of cabling and electrical connections visual inspection of the installation
-Respect the validity of tools (maintenance, metrology control)
-Participate to the shop floor meeting of the epu.
-Reports all the problems
-Follow-up of the missing parts and job to be done for the next shift.
-Complete the quality check form and quality report to certify the conformity of the job.
-Apply the basic methodologies of ALSTOM SUCH AS APSYS, 5S, PDCA, QRQC
-Respect the EHS and quality process.
