OFFICE TIMING: 10.00 AM TO 5.00 PM (MON TO SAT)
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Project Manager is a member of the Facilities Management Team and is responsible for the planning, management, development and implementation of a specific projects or components of, a major project. This individual will work closely with the functional groups and the Project Team to achieve project objectives in accordance with established cost and time parameters and consistent with good project management practices.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
-Overall management of the assigned project
-Verify shop drawings
-Prepare work schedule for project engineers
-Control of quality of work as per Municipality Regulations.
-Prepare work schedule for Project Engineers
-Ensure Successful timely completion of project
-Close coordination with sub-contractors
-Arrange facilities for sub-contractors (manpower, equipments etc).
-Submittal and recommendation of appropriate building materials.
-Ordering materials and equipment needed.
-Watching safety at site.
-Making daily reports.
-Follow up with client to get payment on time.
-Routine site visit
-Update immediate supervisor in relation to work progress
-Control office expenses
-Attend weekly meeting .
-Any other additional duties & responsibilities as entrusted by the Management
JOB SPECIFICATION / COMPETENCY
Education:
B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc in Civil Engineering (M.E. / M.Tech / M.Sc Civil is substantial)
Experience:
07 years of experience in the similar field
