OFFICE TIMING: 10.00 AM TO 5.00 PM (MON TO SAT)
-B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering with minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in relevant field.
-Must have managed the production function in an aluminum extrusion assembly factory/plant.
-Be able to compile and calculate production and assembling schedules which include all types of times frames.
-Be able to cost all processes and jobs.
-Be able to create meaningful and helpful production related reports to the CEO.
-Experienced in rearranging work flow and production processes to speedup output times and volumes.
-Have working experience in minimizing down time and wastage over the whole operational spectrum.
-Implement and uphold a quality system in the factory which includes inspection sheets, job card system, quality check with the relevant measuring instruments and the documentation.
-Implement and constantly improve the Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) program.
-Manage the prevention of daily production Issues in terms of personnel issues, delivery issues, stock and quality.
-Hold production meetings with the factory workers and with the company executives.
