Qualification & Experience:
-SSC / 1 year Craft Course with minimum 3 to 5 years experience in Catering Division.
-Offshore Experience preferred.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
-Check products for quality and identify damaged or expired goods. Evaluate quality of food ingredients or prepared foods.
-Check the quality of raw materials to ensure that standards and specifications are met. Evaluate quality of food ingredients or prepared foods.
-Check equipment to ensure that it meets health and safety regulations and perform maintenance or cleaning, as necessary. Monitor equipment operation to ensure proper functioning. Clean production equipment. Maintain production or processing equipment.
-Adapt the quantity of ingredients to match the amount of items to be baked. Determine food production methods.
-Prepare or maintain inventory or production records. Record operational or production data.
-Develop new recipes for baked goods.
-Train new hires in baking techniques.
-Manage inventory of supplies and order supplies before they run out.
-Oversee cleanliness and sanitation of work area and equipment.
