Qualifications / Experience:
Diploma Certificate in Electrical Engineering with minimum 2 years experience in relevant field.
Generic Skills:
-Good Communication Skill.
-Able to understand new technology instruments
-Obedience & Good Conduct.
JOB PURPOSE:
Performing the routine test of compact substation & preparing the required report.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
-Carry out the routine testing and inspection for the substations , prepare the defect reports , prepare the routine test reports, verify the rectification of defects (after the rework by production team), paste the green sticker after physical acceptance of item and take the usage decision in SAP.
-Attend the customer inspection, perform the factory acceptance test, prepare inspection reports, verify the closing of customer comments prior to dispatch.
-Issue / keep the copy routine test report of substation in substation’s document pocket along with copy of transformer test report, copy of ring main unit test report, catalog of ACB etc. prior to paste quality acceptance green sticker.
-Prepare the daily test report for substation and maintain the records of routine test reports (hard copy & soft copy) for substation and main components like transformer , ring main unit , ACB etc. (if applicable )
-Respect and follow the safety rules strictly during the work.
-Maintain the traceability record substation passed. Prepare monthly defect report (nos. of defect s/ name of defect) for tested substation and report to his supervisor.
-Good knowledge for the testing of unit substations/ package substation / low voltage or medium or high voltage panels.
