Job Purpose and Responsibilities
General Characteristic (Job Summary)
Support the main role of quantity surveying in Engineering & Construction project
Role & Responsibilities
-Assist field verification of quantities
-Prepare drawing and invoice to assist to confirm subcontractor issued quantities
-Assist to make Work Order
-Assist to calculate the quantities submitted by the subcontractor
-Assist to calculate the quantities caused by change order
-Receives the quantities from subcontractor.
Job Requirements and Qualifications
Education
B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent
Experience
-With at least 5 to 7 years work related experience
-Project based civil engineering experience gained within the Oil and Gas industry or Petrochemical industry
-Experience in Gulf / Korean Companies preferred.
Skills & knowledge
-Bachelor degree preferably in Civil Engineering or Architecture
-Relevant degree subject areas include: surveying, construction, civil engineering, and structural engineering
-MS Office Application Proficient
-Must be knowledgeable in Cost Estimates and Contracts
-Good Communication skills
-Able to deal with different types of people
Language Skills Required
Good English in both speaking and writing
