OFFICE TIMING: 10.00 AM TO 5.00 PM (MON TO SAT)
POSITION SUMMARY:
Perform a technical, organizational and supervisory role on construction projects, setting out and determining the location for above and underground infrastructural installations involved in construction operations.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
-Study the drawings, specifications and instruct the Foreman accordingly.
-Before commencing construction activities, site conditions shall be inspected and verified and in case of major issues, the same shall be reported to site Project
Engineer.
-Ensuring all existing structures, property, utilities and landscaping are correctly protected.
-Responsible for independently managing the assigned works
-Checking Materials delivered to site are correctly stored
-Inspect the work at site (Ensure Quality Standards)
-Maintain records of Inspection
-Suggest remedy if there is any fault
-Oversee HSE Requirements and practices are adhered to in site.
-Co-ordination With Project Manager & Other Engineers
-Prepare weekly progress report (works executed)
-Understand construction programme (Ex-Primavera Schedule)
-Any other additional duties&responsibilities as entrusted by the Management
JOB SPECIFICATION I COMPETENCY
Education:
B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc - in Civil Engineering
Experience:
05 years of experience in the similar field
Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:
-Ability to Understand Civil drawings
-Knowledge of AutoCad
-Knowledge in preparing Method Statements !Work Procedure
-Knowledge in Mesaurement method (work volume /progress check of sub contract work.
-Interpersonal skills
-Ability to Resolve unexpected technical difficulties
-IMS awareness
-Knowledge about ERP works
