Job Purpose
This Position exists to perform technician activities efficiently, in timely manner and quality standards as per the defined policies and procedures to achieve departmental operational plans and developments.
Functional Responsibilities
-Operate Work Plan Touchscreen to input time entries
-Perform assembly work efficiently avoid mistakes/reworks
-Study and interpret drawing quality reports
-Perform to deliver given projects on time, independently
-Maintain quality at all levels of work to ensure FTR good performance of the tool’s molds
-Debug and resolve any issues related to tool functioning
-Communicate to resolve technical issues with Engineering / Manufacturing / Planning / Quality Assurance departments
-Make technical decisions related to tools molds independently
-Keep the mold parts, equipment, accessories, work area and instruments clean and orderly. Maintain6S.
-Adhere to safety precautions and follow safety requirements
-Attend department meetings, toolbox talks trainings
-Perform basic mathematical calculations
-Perform maintenance of tools molds
-Participate in design reviews
-Lead and guide Technician - Tool Die Maker
