Job Summary
-Applicant should be minimum ITI with three-year experience.
-Knowledge of High voltage testing equipments upto 13.8KV ratings.
-Knowledge on safety while using high voltage equipments.
-Knowledge of insulating material with respect to voltage rating.
-Knowledge require for testing methods of Induction motor and DC motor.
Works to be performed
-Knowledge require in using testing instruments like Megger, High voltage and DC resistance meter.
-Knowledge requires taking vibration readings using CSI 2140, Pruftechnic, etc
-Knowledge required taking the appropriate readings for electrical static test like current balance test, winding resistance, test, Insulation resistance test, etc.
-Knowledge and experience in site testing.
-Knowledge require following safety rules at site.
-Knowledge require for testing Induction motor windings and performing its static electrical test.
-Knowledge require for insulation tapes and taping method.
-Good knowledge requires in EOT crane operation & lifting-shifting of Heavy jobs.
-Knowledge require for Epoxy and magnetic wedge tightness testing.
-Knowledge require for stator core testing with core dimension data collection.
-Knowledge require for verifying the connection and direction field for flow of current.
-Knowledge require for testing DC motors.
-Good knowledge of maintaining the job records.
-Knowledge on electrical standards followed during performing test.
-Knowledge and experience on testing partial discharge and tan delta will be added advantage.
