OFFICE TIMING: 10.00 AM TO 5.00 PM (MON TO SAT)
Primary Position Objective
We are looking for a responsible Supervisor to oversee the workflow at our facilities, responsible for coaching, resolving issues and serving as a link between subordinates and upper management.
Position Description
Key Responsibilities
-In the absence of the Restaurant Manager/ Assistant Manager carry out the daily operation of the Restaurant ensuring effective communication of all required standards and procedures to all Emeralds employees.
-Supervising the floor during the operation periods to ensure that all the standards and steps of service are met through all guests interactions.
-Ensuring that checklists, requisitions and proper opening and closing functions are being completed each shift.
-Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to provide clear direction to the staff.
-Observe performance and encourage improvement where necessary.
-Communicate with guests and employees using a positive and clear speaking voice, listen to and understand requests, respond with appropriate actions and provide accurate information.
-Maintain cleanliness daily.
-Solicit feedback from guests concerning the service and food & beverage offerings in Restaurant
-Maintain the Inventory
-Deal with any guests’ complaint in a professional, helpful and friendly manner always and immediately advise Restaurant Manager of the situation.
-Maximize upselling opportunities and spend per head and ensure Restaurant merchandising opportunities are relevant to the audience and customer type.
-Programmed, update and maintain the EPOS tills, ensuring any problems are efficiently dealt with as they arise and in optimum time.
-To bring a positive attitude to teamwork, contributing to the smooth running of the restaurant and interacting productively.
-Inspect grooming and attire of staff, and rectify any deficiencies
Qualification & Skill Required
Experience Required
-Should have at least at 2 years work experience (5 start properties)
-Candidate should have good personality & presentable (appearance)
-Good communication skills) (good English command)
-Maximum age limit is 35 years old.
-Candidates must be willing to be placed anywhere in GCC countries.
Education Qualification
Minimum Diploma/ Degree in Hospitality management
