-B.Sc Engineering with minimum 8 years experience in Oil & Gas and 3 years experience as HSE Coordinator.
-The HSE Site Leader shall be responsible for implementation of the contractors and company’s HSE policy throughout the execution of the offshore part of the work including the site pre-commissioning,
-This includes preparation of all documentation by Company specification as the Bridging document, Hazid, Kick off meeting and Pre-job meeting before all phase of the Work. Shall also ensure that company HSE performance targets are communicated to contractors project team and report performance of the offshore work complies with all relevant government and international legislation in occupational HSE aspects. Shall also be a member of the Project HSE committee.
-To meet the minimum requirements of this position, must have at least a Bachelor of Science degree in an engineering related field or a construction management degree and at least 8 applicable experience in the HSE in major offshore oil and gas pipeline design engineering, installation and pre-commissioning as well as on onshore oil and gas platforms transportation and installation. Must have a working knowledge of applicable industry practices of and be conversant in HSE international standards and have worked on more than one other project of similar size and type F-DBN Project as an Offshore HSE Coordinator.
