Main Purpose of Job:
To supervisor the preventive and breakdown electrical maintenance of all equipment in ABJ premises.
Job Description:
-To receive breakdown request from production and dedicated to electrician with proper guidance.
-To inspect the machines for correct functionality after breakdown maintenance work and close the breakdown request in presence with production supervisor/foreman.
-To execute the generated preventive maintenance work order of all fabrication equipment’s, overhead cranes, blasting and painting equipment’s through electricians.
-To arrange electrical spares parts from stores for breakdown and preventive maintenance work.
-To provide spare parts detail in breakdown and preventive maintenance report for updating in equipment history card.
-To conduct tool box meeting with maintenance manual employees about production vs maintenance requirement and safety observation.
-To inspect electrical MSB and DB internal and external condition for safe work operation at all location inside ABJ premises.
-To select and provide correct electrical distribution board panel with cable at yard work to fulfill the production requirement.
-To make spares part purchase request for preventive and breakdown electrical maintenance.
-To coordinate with calibration vendor for duly completion of equipment’s calibration work.
-To inspect all incoming / outgoing equipment’s or equipment accessories between two ABJ facilities and external vendor.
-To coordinate operation of PWHT furnace and electrical coil heating equipment’s.
Education, Skills and Experience Essential:
-Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
-English writing & reading skill
-5 to 8 years of work experience in a similar field
Desirable:
Fabrication industries exposure. PLC skills
