Qualification / Experience:
-Diploma (2 Years) preferably in a relevant subject or equivalent combination of relevant experience.
-Minimum of 5 years experience in similar field, preferable Oil & Gas and with experience in SAP in Warehousing and Store management.
-With GCC experience is a must.
-Can write & understand English is a must.
-Good computer literacy within ERP/SAP and Microsoft software applications.
-Can write & understand English is a must.
General Responsibilities:
To assist warehouse staff, to organize and rearrange materials in Warehouse, coordinate with other sections/ departments for the activities for safe and efficient work.
Specific Responsibilities:
-Receive goods according to standard operating procedures.
-Inspect goods.
-Apply material preservation guidelines and procedures.
-Picking of goods.
-Issue and dispatch of goods.
-Cycle and physical count of Warehouse.
-Daily SAP / CMMS transaction recording.
-Organize Warehouse.
-Label Warehouse locations.
-Warehouse slotting.
-General housekeeping.
-Generate reports – Inventory and physical stock.
