General Requirements:
Education Qualification
Minimum of diploma certificate in Minerals Processing (Metallurgical Engineering) or Chemical Engineering
Years of Experience
At least 3 years working experience in Gold Ores Processing Plant,
English Level:
Must be fluent
Technical Qualification
Good working knowledge of gold processing plant operations
Others:
Be able to work in a multicultural team environment
Technical or Job Related Requirements:
-Experience and ability to monitor and supervisor all unit operations of the CIL Plant - Crushing, Grinding, CIL, Elution Circuits and tailings dam.
-Ensure all unit operations function at optimum efficiency
-Ensure all operating parameters are measured and properly logged
-Ensure all samples are taken on in acceptable manner, timely and sent to the Assay lab.
-Ensure his shift members work cooperatively as a team.
-Ensure lateness and absenteeism are reported
-Ensure shift reports are written clearly and submitted on time
-Conduct safety Toolbox meetings at beginning of every shift.
-Ensure all safety incidents are reported and investigated
-Ensure all Ma’aden standards and policies are adhered to.
-Ensure any equipment malfunction or damage is reported to maintenance on time
Previous Experience:
Relevant Previous Positions
Previous holding of similar position is desirable
Relevant Previous Industries
Experience in gold or copper extraction industry is a must.
