Qualification:
ITI or equivalent / practical experience
Purpose:
Capable of handling/operating heavy duty machines being used in production plant. Production of rectangular copper wire in wire flattening mill and also production of enameled round and rectangular copper wires
Key Result Areas:
-Operates machineries such as wire drawing, flattening and enameling plants inside the plant.
-Assist the wire drawing operators for choosing the correct wire size for flattening purpose.
-Read and follow the work instructions
-Check and record machine status
-Report abnormalities and observation with the machines
-Maintain the function of the machine.
-Follow instructions from engineers or supervisors.
-Monitor the speed and feed of the machine during the operation.
-Monitor all the parameters during Enameling
-Assist supervisor as and when required.
-Inspect the wires for all the quality parameters.
-Maintaining proper housekeeping.
