MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To ensure smooth running of the site.
JOB OBJECTIVES
-Good English communication skills
-Computer literate, word, excel, power point
-Knowledge in “Work Day” or “Oracle” shall be an advantage and shall be preferred.
-Typing skills.
-Can correspondence independently.
-Can handle the project of 700 plus personnel independently
-Handle ID badging of site personnel
-Handle Food, Accommodation, Transportation and Medical for all site personnel
-Sort out labour issues and any grievances
-Monitor time keeping of all workers
-Ex-Aramco employee shall be an advantage.
-To ensure that the setup of site administration procedures which are drafted by taking cognisance of client / company requirements.
-Ensure control of client invoicing by submission of invoices and tracking
-Administer payments to subcontractors and suppliers by reviewing submissions in terms of contracts with sub contractors and suppliers.
-Ensure relevant legislation in relation to financial administration as compiled
-Liaise closely with the Head Office accounting staff
-Liaise with Quantity Surveyor staff to resolve disputes in relation to client / sub contractor issues
-Prepare reports on commercial and contractual issues for the Project and Commercial Manager
-Where applicable set rates for site staff after liaising with the Human Resources Department
-Monitor site procurement staff on receipt of regular reports
-Continually strive to achieve maximum profitability giving circumstances from site – exercising commercial acumen a proactive approach
-Any other adhoc duties as assigned from time to time.
EDUCATION SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
-Diploma/Degree in any discipline
-5 to 6 years previous experience in Administration
