Experience Details
Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in operation and maintenance of commercial bldgs and process industry.
Duties and Responsibilities
-Has to carry out Supervisor and Engineer instructions
-Well versed and experienced in the HVAC works
Experience in the maintenance and repair of refrigeration and air conditioning systems to ensure that the work performed is in compliance with blueprints, manufacturer specifications, written and / or verbal instruction
-Plan, schedule and assign work to ensure proper distribution of work, adequate staffing and space for efficient performance of duties
-Establish and/or assist in establishing preventive maintenance programs for air conditioning and refrigeration systems and equipment
-Able to lead a team of technicians and good interpersonnel skills
-Should have complete knowledge for tools necessary for his job
-Ensure to meet safety requirements while performing the works
