JOB PURPOSE:
Assemble, test and troubleshoot various electrical systems. Complete this objective with a strong adherence to quality, cost and program delivery schedules. Comprehend electrical and wiring drawings, assembly work instructions, test procedures, work orders and bill of materials (BOMs). Efficiently troubleshoot technical issues down to component level.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
-Assisting the engineer and supervisor in troubleshooting variety of machines.
-Good knowledge in different electrical diagram standards and high ability to trace electrical loop.
-High ability to use the measuring devices and collect the needed data and information.
-High ability to implement new modification for the control system in any machine from the drawing.
-Inventory of electrical and control parts.
-Conduct troubleshooting of machines breakdowns and rectify
-Aware with PLC control and injection machines control and cycle.
-Good experience for electrical installation for the new machines and electronic troubleshooting.
-Aware with 5 s work
-Understand and follow Plant Safety Policies at all times
-Perform preventative maintenance on machinery
-Maintain proper records
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
Minimum Qualifications:
-Minimum 5 years previous experience as a Maintenance Technician in field of tool room machines
-Good knowledge in trouble shooting of cnc milling machines , EDM , WEDM & CONV machines
-Trouble shooting of heidehien control and parameters
-Familiar with Plastic Injection molding equipment
-Familiar with mechanical and hydraulic presses
-High School Diploma or GED
-Flexible to work overtime as needed
-Available for any shift
Generic Skills:
-Able to read both electrical and mechanical diagrams
-Able to read industrial drawings.
-Computer software, such as AutoCAD
-Active listener, comprehensive reading ability, critical thinking, effective communicator, ability to define optimal solution to complex problems and a team player.
