OFFICE TIMING: 10.00 AM TO 5.00 PM (MON TO SAT)
Main responsibilities:
-Assist TCC Shift Supervisor with all aspects of running and optimizing the operation of the TCC processing unit for the treatment of oil-based drilling waste.
-Much of the time will be spent in the TCC control room monitoring and fine tuning the TCC control system to ensure that the TCC unit is run safely and optimally to ensure that processed volumes are maximized.
-To ensure that all safety and HSEQ procedures are strictly adhered to.
Main Tasks:
-Assist TCC Shift Supervisor with the daily service and maintenance of the TCC process plant in accordance with the stipulated maintenance plan..
-Manage the optimal feeding of oil-based drilling waste to TCC process plant, and manage the transport of processed dried waste to storage area, before subsequent transport to land fill site.
-Ensuring and contributing to best practice in collaboration with other members of the department.
Other conditions:
-Reports to the TCC Shift Supervisor.
-May be assigned to other areas of responsibility as directed by the Shift Supervisor.
Qualifications:
-A formal academic education in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
-Technical / mechanical experience of running machinery at a processing plant/refinery etc.
-HSEQ practical experience.
-Experience at writing daily reports/narratives/incident reports
-Experience of working shift (night) patterns an advantage.
