Qualification
-B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
-More than 15 years’ experience In the Oil & Gas Field (Mandatory)
-A minimum of 10 years in GCC Middle East countries working in Oil & Gas refineries through direct contracting (Mandatory)
-A minimum of 3 years in SMP Construction Manager or Deputy Construction Manager Experience required. (Mandatory)
-Global EPC Contractor or Sub-Contractor experience (Preferred)
-A minimum of 300.000 Inch-Dia pipe welding work volume handling experience in a project
(The work volume which is not total but design his own area)
-Direct Construction work experience (Mandatory)
-Having leadership quality to manage all indirect and direct Manpower on site and deliver the planned progress. (Mandatory)
-Gulf experience in EPC / Korean Companies preferred.
Role & Responsibility
Role
-General management (Construction, QC, HSE. Material, Manpower, budget etc.)
-Lead a multi-discipline team of structural/Mechanical/Piping Together with CMI, Electrical and Instrument
-Responsible In obtaining a necessary resources, materials, and engineering deliverables for the successful execution of the Project.
-Coordinate arrangements between key personnel and sub-contractors to provide appropriate work site access to all parties.
Responsibility
-The duties and responsibilities of the Construction Manger Includes, but are not limited to the following•
-Perform construction activities In accordance with schedule and all technical requirements.
-Coordinate with Project Engineers and arrange construction Activities during execution.
-Support planning manager on budget changes depending on the changes of const
