-Degree in Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering with minimum 5 years experience in Oil & Gas Industry, Pipeline Project & 1 to 3 years of which should be from GCC country.
-Review bid & tender documents including drawings, standards and datasheets
-Attend and represent the company on pre-bid meetings and site visits
-Prepare material take-off, request for quotations and cost estimates for piping, mechanical, civil, structural and E&I scope of work.
-Prepare manhours, manpower and equipment loading schedules.
-Coordinate with other disciplines and consolidate the project total costs.
-Respond to client’s technical and commercial clarification.
-Prepare and finalize technical and commercial submittals or deliverables.
-Prepare budget estimates for cost control department after award of contract.
-Prepare estimates for change orders, mid-form contracts and JSIs and participate during negotiation meetings.
-Provide quantity comparison between IFB and IFC drawings. Coordinate with engineering company for the changes.
-Prepare cost summary reports and cost comparison.
