Qualifications, Experience, & Skills:
-ITI or Diploma with minimum 4 to 8 years in Cables Manufacturing Industry.
-Preferable Saudi or GCC experience, Indian experience is also acceptable.
Generic Skills:
-List specific competencies or knowledge which are critical to successful job performance (those which make the difference)
-Panel Testing Experience.
-Component identification skill.
-Communication (English), etc.
Job Purpose:
Study & Design of protection & control panels as per customer requirements & specifications.
Key Accountabilities:
-Physical verification (GA/LA) and point to point check of panels.
-HV & IR Test – Preparation/arrangement for HV &IR testing.
-Functional testing as per scheme.
-Point –point testing as per scheme.
-Punch list Issue & Verification - Issuing punch list against panel scheme either production mistake or Design mistake.
-Project wise punch list verification - After implementing punch list, verification as per schematic diagram.
-Secondary Injection Test (Auxiliary relay) - Auxiliary relay (DC supervision, Timer, Bistable, I/O relay) testing by using Sverker.
-Loose material Verification - Loose material verification, testing, FAT.
-SAS console testing - SAS console testing (MCB, AC/DC circuit verification), functional verification.
-Communicate effectively with Foremen.
-Perform the site work modification.
-Carrying out Smart RMU testing work to support SAS team.
-6S, Kaizen to performing.
-Maintain portable Tools check lists for tools.
-Carrying out jobs assigned by section manager / engineer time to time.
-Maintenance and control of equipment’s.
-Apply all Safety procedures.
