MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Maintain timekeeping records Uncontrolled
JOB OBJECTIVES
-Daily follow-up employees attendance
-Maintain attendance in / out Log
-Print missing employees list
-Absent Report is to be prepared every day and submit to PM
-To prepare new swiping cards for SAK / Hired Employees.
-Man power related issues such as absent, leave, sick leave tracking follow-up of sub-contractor invoice Month end to submit time sheet to accounts dept. for payroll
-Advance skill in data entry operation
-Transmission and retrieval of data through appropriate communication.
-Any other adhoc duties as assigned from time to time.
EDUCATION SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
-Graduate in any field with minimum 2 years site experience in a similar role
-Must have a good standard of English.
-Gulf experience is must.
