Job Purpose:
IMG Worlds of Adventure are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Busser to join our pre-opening team, to provide support to the Restaurant.
Main responsibilities:
-To set tables and ensure tables are empty to receive new guests.
-To remove all dirty dishes, clean the table and seats and sweep the floor as soon as guests leave.
-To provide a professional, efficient and flexible service at all times as per company standards to ensure maximum guest satisfaction.
Description/ Key Result Areas:
Operational tasks:
-Provide daily support to the waiters/waitresses.
-Greet guests and be professional and polite.
-Clean and clear tables and seating areas (e.g. taking plates, glasses, utensils, drinkware to the kitchen for washing).
-Set and re-set tables.
-Replace table cloths where needed.
-Restock/ refill condiments, napkins, utensils and other items as required.
-Offer refills on coffee and team.
-Ensure restroom areas, walkways and waiting areas are kept neat.
-Ensure restrooms are stocked.
-Obtain relevant items from the storeroom.
-Ensure bins are kept clean with new liners.
Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience
Qualifications:
High school
Knowledge:
-Cleaning procedures and use of machines (e.g. dishwashing machine)
-Basic food knowledge & cooking skills
Experience:
6 months casual/ fine dining Restaurant experience
Preferred:
Experience in POS system
