OFFICE TIMING: 10.00 AM TO 5.00 PM (MON TO SAT)
JOB PURPOSE:
To perform Inspection activities to control the process and products as per the work instruction procedures and inspection plan. Record and document inspection results.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
-Inspect and Prepare daily inspection reports for production line.
-Test bench handling, calibration, maintenance and periodic inspection for breaker test benches.
-Routine testing breakers in assembly line (related to breaker assembly, component inspection, molding inspection, Testing as per standard, Finished production inspection etc..)
-To post material in SAP for in process and FG as per given check list. Record and document non-conformities.
-Rework and rejection data collection during assembly process.
-Report to QC Engineers for Assembly Process Defects / Raw material Defects.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
Minimum Qualifications:
ITI / Diploma
Minimum Experience:
Minimum 3 to 5 Years
Generic Skills:
Basic computer Knowledge
Capability to handle inspection instruments.
Reporting and ISO Documentations.
