Job Requirements
-B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
-15 years of experience in pre-commissioning and start-up site including CFBC Boiler plant. (5 Years experience in Operation & Maintenance)
-Experience as Operation management at CFBC Boiler plant
-Proficient skills and experiences to make pre-comm., commissioning and Normal operation of statements and procedures
-Read, write and speak English with fluency
-Experience in Overseas Project is preferred.
Job Description
-Primary tasks – Settle up the normal condition for Operation and maintenance CFBC boiler
-Prepare cleaning, start-up and pre-operational technical procedures as required
-Attend and coordinate for operation and maintenance for whole power plant (Turbine, Balance of Plant, Water treatment, Waste Water Treatment, Heater, Deaerator, CCW)
-Resolve the incidents happens during CFBC Boiler plant operation
-Support for spare part preparation and outage time (maintenance and repair)
-Support Automation engineer for boiler tuning and optimization
-Prepare detail procedure for the start up of released equipment and systems as required
-Documentation (report) ability for operation and maintenance
-Trouble shooting for each equipment.
