-Minimum 3 years relevant experience
-Gulf experience / Experience in Saudi ARAMCO Projects.
Key Responsibilities
-Ensure that all project deliverables are issued in time
-Receive, store, check, validate, audit, distribute and record all incoming and outgoing documents
-Perform quality check for all documents and drawings to ensure the completeness and
-Manage, store and retrieve file/documents submission on timely basis if required by Department.
-Maintain all documents relative to the Department
-Work directly or indirectly with the responsible people to set up all planned native and pdf files in time
-Apply quality inspection on all the documents coming in or going back to the contractor, vendor and within the company.
-Monitor and regulate activities to maintain conformance with standard and practices. Implement electronic document processing retrieval, and distribution systems in collaboration with other information technology specialist.
-Keep abreast of development in document management technologies’ and techniques by reviewing current literature, talking with colleagues, participating in educational programs, attending meetings or workshops, or participating in professional organizations or conferences.
-Write, review or execute plans for testing new or established document management systems
-Develop document or maintain standards, best practices or system usage procedures.
