Job Purpose:
IMG Worlds of Adventure are looking for a highly motivated and committed Security Patrol to join our pre-opening team, to provide support to the Security department.
Main responsibilities:
-As a member of our Security team your role will be to ensure the safety and security of IMG Worlds of Adventure.
-Carry out various duties including patrolling the park, operating the security command center, manning entry or exit points for the car park and building and liaising with the Security team within City of Arabia on areas that may affect both sites.
-You will carry out the role following carefully defined procedures whilst giving world class guest service to all of our guests.
Description/ Key Result Areas:
Security:
-To operate one of the functions of Security which may include manned guarding, cash in transit, security patrolling or command center operation.
-Continually observe and report any unlawful activity within IMG Worlds of Adventure.
-Prevent theft or misappropriation of any goods, money or other items of value.
-Protect guests, staff and property.
-Control access to various areas in the site carefully following defined procedures.
-Carry out crowd control in public areas.
-Investigate and take the appropriate action as authorized by the management team on any incidents within the park.
-Neutralise any arising situations calmly with tact and common sense.
-To communicate to the Security Management team for any operational problems and report any incident that could threaten the safety and security of guests and staff.
Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience
Qualifications:
-Proficient in English (read, write, speak)
-Basic Numeracy skills
Knowledge:
-Health & Safety
-Fire precautions and emergency procedures
-COSHH
Certifications/ Training/ Licenses/ Registrations:
Ability to complete and pass the DPS Guard license is a must.
Experience:
1 year of Security experience
