Knowledge of gold processing plant operations

Technical or Job Related Requirements:
-Able to operate and control unit sections/equipment of the CIL Plant - Crushing, Grinding, CIL, Elution Circuits.
-Ensure that assigned unit operation or section functions at optimum efficiency.
-Ensure all operating parameters are measured timely and results given to the Shift Boss
-Ensure all samples are taken on time and in acceptable manner and sent to the Assay lab.
-Co-operate well with other shift members as a team.
-Ensure timely reporting for duty and avoid absenteeism.
-Send your sectional report or data to the Shift Boss on time.
-Attend daily Safety Toolbox meetings.
-Ensure all safety incidents are reported.
-Ensure compliance to all Ma’aden standards.
-Ensure any equipment malfunction or damage is reported to Shift Boss on time
-Should be able to do trouble shooting and take corrective remedies on the assigned unit operations.
Previous Experience:
Relevant Previous Positions
Previous working in a gold processing plant is desirable
Relevant Previous Industries
Experience in gold or copper extraction industry desirable.
