QUALIFICATION
-Diploma in Chemical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with minimum 7 years experience as Pre Commissioning Supervisors of Oil & Gas Refinery or Petrochemical Plant.
-Operation supervisor at overseas EPC project (more than 2 times)
-Gulf experience & Experience in Korean Companies preferred.
MAIN JOB AND DUTIES
-Lead and Supervise all Pre-commissioning activities (Line Flushing/Blowing, Leak test, Catalyst loading, Chemical cleaning, MRT & Operational test, etc.)
-Ensures that all tests, witness requirements, walk downs, checklists, dossiers, and Manufactures Data Books (MDB) are completed properly to comply with acceptance criteria.
-Review and Preparation of Line Flushing/Blowing Package, Leak test Package, etc.
-Assistance and Witness of Instrument Function Test. (Interlock, Sequence, Complex Control Loop, etc.)
-Keep Log book of daily Pre-commissioning Activities.
-Care and Custody of Pre-Commissioning staff.
-Assist and Support (Mechanical) Completion and Attend M/C Walk-through
COORDINATION WITH OTHER TEAM
-Coordination with Customer Pre-Commissioning Team
-Coordination with Consortium Partner [TOYO Eng.) Commissioning Team
-Coordination with other disciplines (Construction, QA / QC, Field engineering, etc.) and Other Unit Commissioning Team.
PREFERRED COMPANY
Operation supervisor experience in LNG Plant, Ethylene Plant is preferred.
