JOB PURPOSE:
-Assembly, debug and qualification of Injection molds / compression molds / die casting dies / press tools to achieve monthly and yearly targets.
-To ensure quality and on-time delivery.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
-Diploma – Tool and Die making (NTTF, GTTC, CIPET) with minimum 2 to 4 years experience in relevant field.
-Tool and Die Making – NCVT with minimum 4 to 6 years experience.
-Good knowledge of Molds/tools, assembly process.
-Good ability to read, write and speak in English

Tool assembly: Arranging, repairing, assembling and maintaining tools and accessories.
Engineering drawing: Understand complex design concepts and drawings.
Work planning & execution: Organize work to achieve daily, monthly and yearly targets.
House keeping: Ensure proper housekeeping.
Maintain Safety standards: Preserve disciple as per safety rules.
Material arrangement: Arrange standard items and machined parts for assembly.
Communicate: Attend design review, follow-up and communicate
Tool qualification: Tool verification, attending tool trial and tool qualification
Using measuring instruments: Use of profile projectors, tool maker microscopes, radius templates and other measuring instruments and analysis of report conformance status.
Knowledge:
Production and processing: Knowledge of raw materials and different production processes.
Molds and Press Tools: Thorough knowledge of mold/tool design, concept, process and assembly.
Quality: Quality requirement, 5S and ISO procedures
Injection molding: Knowledge of plastic material, processing, tool trials & qualification.
Machine operation and accessories: Operation of conventional machines, Usage of precision vices, angle plates, sine tables, punch formers,
Mathematical & analytical skill: High level analytical skills, Calculations of sine angles, radius profiles,
Capability:
Documentation: Production records (Daily Time sheet, process sheet, Inspection reports)
Communication: With concerned for assignments and to resolve machining or quality issues.
5S: Maintain 5S and good housekeeping
